2025 Spring Meeting Dine-Around
After two fantastic evenings in Seattle and Kansas City last year, we’re thrilled to bring back the Wednesday Evening Dine-Around for the 2025 NNSC Spring Meeting!
These casual, small-group dinners are the perfect way to connect with fellow attendees while exploring the vibrant dining scene of Philadelphia’s Old City. Whether you’re looking to deepen professional connections or just enjoy great food and conversation, the Dine-Around groups offer a relaxed and fun start to our time together.
Overview
• Date: Wednesday, April 9, 2025
• Time: Dinner reservations at 7:30pm, after the opening cocktail reception
How it works:
• During the first several weeks of registration we get an approximate count of how many people are definitely or potentially interested.
• After that, we book tables of 8 (approximately) at several restaurants within a short car ride of the hotel.
• About 30 days prior to the conference, we'll open up the sign ups, first to those who expressed interest in the dine-around, and then to everyone else. We’ll share the names of the restaurants, so you can research the location, price, and cuisine.
• If you don’t see a restaurant that you like, or decide not to do it, or your preferred restaurant is filled, there is no obligation to sign up.
• On the night of the dinner, make your way to the restaurant--either separately or with members of your group.
• When it comes time to pay, just settle the bill as your table agrees. The restaurants will be notified in advance that separate checks are preferred.
Why it works:
• No need to worry about eating alone or finding a restaurant!
• A chance to meet new friends within NNSC!
• Low effort, lots of fun!
What to do now:
Simply indicate whether you would be definitely interested, potentially interested, or not interested in joining the dine-around. You are not obligating yourself to anything, and you can always hop back in if you change your mind. In mid-September, watch for the table signups!
Note:
Reservations have not been made yet. We need to get a sense of numbers before moving forward.
