    Zach Harr is a senior executive recruitment professional based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who leads national executive searches for education, nonprofit, and social impact organizations. During his tenure at Edgility Search, he has led and supported more than 100 executive-level searches, resulting in 79% of placements identifying as leaders of color and 81% of placements first engaged through targeted sourcing.

    Zach began his career as a middle school mathematics teacher through Teach For America before earning his Master of Public Administration from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service.     NNSC members are invited to come together virtually for the organization's Annual Business Meeting, an important opportunity to hear updates, participate in NNSC governance, and help shape the year ahead.
    What to Expect
    The Annual Business Meeting is the formal yearly gathering of the NNSC membership. Members will receive updates on the organization's work, finances, leadership, and priorities for the coming year.
    The meeting will also provide members with the opportunity to consider and vote on the proposed slate of candidates for open Board of Directors positions.

    Annual Reports
    Updates from NNSC leadership on the organization's progress, priorities, and work over the past year.
    Treasurer's Report
    A review of NNSC's financial position, recent performance, and the approved budget for the new fiscal year.

    Highlights from the Membership, Finance, and Professional Development Committees.
    Board Election
    Presentation of the proposed slate and a member vote on candidates for open at-large Board positions.
    Why Your Participation Matters
    NNSC is a member-led professional community. Your participation helps ensure that the membership can conduct official business, elect its leaders, and remain informed about the organization's direction and stewardship.
    Newly elected Directors will begin their terms at the conclusion of the Annual Business Meeting.
