The National Network of Nonprofit Search Consultants is dedicated to fostering collaboration and excellence in nonprofit executive search. Through regular convenings, we provide members with valuable opportunities to share best practices, stay ahead of industry trends, and grow professionally.

Monthly Zoom Meetings: These virtual gatherings address top-of-mind issues, offering insights and solutions to the unique challenges faced by nonprofit search consultants.
Bi-Annual Meetings: Twice a year, members come together in person for two days of expert-led discussions, hands-on learning, and meaningful peer-to-peer exchanges.

Most recently, we convened in Seattle, WA for our 2024 Spring Meeting and in Kansas City, MO for our 2024 Fall Meeting, where attendees gained fresh perspectives, deepened their expertise, and strengthened their professional networks.

Meetings

The one thing that impresses me most about NNSC is the total dedication of every member to improving the nonprofit sector by helping organizations select the best leaders. And that is truly the overarching goal of the Network.

NNSC is the place for search consultants in the nonprofit arena to get specialized information and education about search practices, emerging trends, and new laws, as well as a place to discuss ideas with other experienced leaders in the business. It has been wonderful for our firm.

I have enjoyed the special NNSC friendships with fellow professionals in nonprofit search. Their dedication to working with mission driven nonprofit organizations to improve the lives of others and to share best practices in nonprofit search is gratifying and binds us all together.

It is an honor to be associated with people who are not only dedicated to the profession and the work but who are really making a difference with the clients and organizations they serve.
