What to Expect This Spring
The Spring Meeting programming has been thoughtfully developed by NNSC's Professional Development Committee. This year's program features a strong lineup of sessions and guest speakers exploring topics such as scaling search businesses, sales and marketing practices, best-in-class leadership assessments, AI sourcing, and insights into the current nonprofit sector landscape.

NNSC members in good standing are welcome to attend Spring and Fall Meetings at the preferred member registration rate. Non-members (guests) may attend by invitation only and must pay the full guest registration fee. Eligible guests include employees of member firms or guests of active NNSC members, must have at least one year of experience in retained executive search, and may attend up to four meetings before membership is required. Guests may attend general sessions and social events but may not participate in Principal or Practice Lead-specific sessions. Guest registration requires a designated promotional code issued by NNSC Headquarters at the request of an active member, which serves as confirmation that the guest meets all eligibility requirements.
