Bio

After 17 years developing and leading KCI's Search + Talent Practice, I down-shifted into a new role as Executive Consultant. In this position I now work part-time on a project by project basis, leading C-suite searches exclusively for NFP's, charities, and associations in Canada. I also provides coaching/counsel and sales support to KCI on an as-needed basis. Although affiliated with KCI, I am now an independent consultant.
