Meet Colleen
Colleen is a leader in nonprofit executive search, known for her authentic and candid engagement with both clients and candidates. Her ability to develop genuine relationships helps her find the right match between top-tier organizations and talented nonprofit leaders. With more than 15 years of recruiting experience, she brings a high-touch approach that is valued by all those she works with.

Prior to joining Bryant Group, Colleen spent more than a decade with Campbell & Company helping to grow their executive search practice, mentoring team members and leading critical searches for clients across the country in the higher education, healthcare, environmental, arts & culture, and human services sectors. She was known for partnering closely with her clients to assess their needs and cultivate candidates that could help advance their missions.

Before her career in executive search, Colleen served as Interim Fund and Easement Coordinator for Landmarks Illinois, a statewide historic preservation advocacy organization.

She holds a Master’s degree in Historic Preservation from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Photojournalism from Kent State University. Her innate curiosity and love of learning lends itself well to partnering with organizations with a variety of missions.
